State the names

Outfit numbers

Hair numbers/letter & Skin tone(skin tones are light or dark)

Then the wording you would like at the top

Please put this in clear list form like so:-

Jess, Hair 7b, Skin light, outfit 4

ect.

Please add ages for any children to help with sizes

For Dogs and cats please state the breed and colour. (We will then use a design we have from 100s to match the breed/colour as close as possible)

Please complete this correctly. Not doing so will cause delay in design.

IMPORTANT INFOMATION - Once the design is complete we will send over design proof to check within 72 hours for your approval before printing. We NEVER print without approval of the design. So if you've not heard from us with in 72 hours PLEASE contact us as we ALWAYS send design proof to check, so you may have missed the email. Also check your Junk folder.
