Please complete this correctly. Not doing so will cause delay in design.

IMPORTANT INFOMATION - Once the design is complete we will send over design proof to check within 72 hours for your approval before printing. We NEVER print without approval of the design. So if you've not heard from us with in 72 hours PLEASE contact us as we ALWAYS send design proof to check, so you may have missed the email. Also check your Junk folder.
