For personalised and custom prints yes we send proof for your approval with in 72 hours of purchase
For personalised prints You’ll receive Design proof within 72 hours to check for your approval before we print. (Please check your junk mail for any emails we may send you) From approval we’ll print with in 48 hours and then post out 1-2 working days after. Then delivery is 2-5 working days. There may be delays at Royal Mail due to the back log from the coronavirus pandemic. I’m afraid this is out of our control. Please be patient and give extra time for deliveries to get to you as the post service is working hard to catch up
Tracking numbers are currently for our use only. We have a delivery notification system where we are notified if the item has been delivered or attempted. This is on A3 and framed options only.
Yes we do on certain designs only, as shown on each product.
Our framed option 8x10inch is available in black or white. They’re glass fronted display frames which are for hanging and standing.
For print only options prints are posted in hardback ‘Do not bend’ envelopes. Framed prints are posted in small cardboard parcels with protective wraps.
No we currently don’t order these.
Yes we do! If you contact us with your idea or request we can help to try and create exactly what you’re after. These designs come at a higher cost and can take longer to design.
If you have any issues or queries regarding your order please contact us firstly. We will try and resolve any problems you may have. If you’re still not happy and wish to return your product we’ll forward you the returns address. Once we have received the product back we’ll issue a refund which can take up to 7 working days. (Return postage is to be covered by the customer.)
