We just need the following...

Names in order left to right how you'd like them to appear on the print

Please use the selection guides provided to customise following the example below

Child- boy

Age- 7

Name- Riley

Hair-8a

Skin tone- Light

Top- Red

Number on shirt- 8

etc.

Please state if you'd like your club comic effect badge added.

Then state the wording you'd like added.

For Dogs and cats please state the breed and colour. (We will then use a design we have from 100s to match the breed/colour as close as possible)

Skin tones come in light or dark. And please put children's ages to help with sizes. Longer hair on females may cover shirt numbers/names from full view.

Please complete using the example and enter all information into the box provided below. Not doing so correctly will cause delay in design.

IMPORTANT INFOMATION - Once the design is complete we will send over design proof to check within 72 hours for your approval before printing. We NEVER print without approval of the design. So if you've not heard from us with in 72 hours PLEASE contact us as we ALWAYS send design proof to check, so you may have missed the email. Also check your Junk folder.
